Accommodation Service in Shipai Campus of South China Normal University

The student dormitory management service center is mainly responsible for the bed arrangement, maintenance and management services for more than 5000 students in 22 student dormitories/KLOC-0 in Shipai Campus. It has a comprehensive business department, a community management west (responsible for eight buildings, such as West 1-6, West 23 and West 24) and a community management east (responsible for East 9, 10,1,15,1).

The Property Management Service Center is responsible for the property management of the staff residential area in Shipai Campus, including three high-rise buildings and six buildings (namely, blocks A, B, C, D, E and F of the university teachers' village), and 86 multi-storey buildings with a construction area of about 365,438+/kloc-0.0000 square meters and 4,622 households.
