For residential quarters, residential buildings and crowded places to be planned or under construction, the implementation measures clearly stipulate that centralized parking and charging places for electric vehicles should be set up in accordance with regulations, charging facilities that meet the safety requirements for electricity use should be configured, and fire separation measures should be taken. The property owner, manager or user of the existing construction site shall set up or transform the centralized parking fee place in accordance with the technical standards for fire control; Can not be set up or modified, should strengthen the management of fire safety.

2. Clear the fire safety responsibility of the landlord.

Article 11 of the "Implementation Measures" clearly stipulates that the lessor shall ensure that the leased building or place meets the fire safety conditions, and clarify the fire safety responsibilities of both parties in writing; If there is no explicit written agreement, the lessor shall conduct unified management of public evacuation routes, safety exits and building fire control facilities. The lessee is responsible for the fire safety of the leased premises or places.

In other words, tenants can supervise landlords, and those landlords who "lie flat and collect rent" can be held accountable according to the implementation measures.

3. If the property fails to perform the fire control responsibility, the maximum fine may be 50,000 yuan.

Article 44 of the Implementation Measures aims at the maintenance and management of fire-fighting facilities and equipment used by * * * property service personnel; Management of public evacuation passages, safety exits, fire truck passages, refuge facilities and fire truck climbing workplaces; If electric bicycles, motorcycles and electric vehicles fail to perform fire safety management responsibilities such as discouraging and stopping in parking charge management and maintaining fire safety conditions of buildings, the corresponding punishment measures shall be clarified. For the property service provider to which the unit belongs, the maximum fine for illegal acts is 50,000 yuan.
