Nanjing Jinling Hotel Property Management Co., Ltd. According to the relevant person of Jinling Hotel Property Service Company told The Paper (thepaper.cn), the judgment made by the court of first instance is equivalent to admitting that the owners can pay the property fee at a 20% discount, which makes those owners who honestly pay the fee feel "unfair", and some owners who originally paid the fee are angry, refusing to pay the fee or demanding a substantial reduction in the property fee. This led to the management of property companies in trouble, but further deteriorated their service level.
