Do you charge property fees for supporting houses in residential areas?

According to Article 35 of the Property Management Regulations, it is normal, legal and reasonable for property companies to provide property services and collect property service fees at the agreed price, which has nothing to do with house ownership. As a user of the house, the residential area should pay the related property service fee when it accepts the property service.

Property fee refers to the monthly fee paid by the owner according to the area and share of the property held by the owner. Property fees are mainly used to maintain the daily operation of the community and the management of the house.
