The person in charge of decoration garbage management shall set up a special dumping place for decoration garbage, keep it clean and tidy, take measures to prevent dust pollution, and clarify the scope, time, supervision and complaint methods of decoration garbage. For places with limited objective conditions, where it is impossible to set up a garbage dump for decoration, it shall inform the local township (town) people's government and street offices, which shall be responsible for formulating the garbage dump for decoration.

The responsible person has the obligation to avoid mixing domestic garbage and hazardous waste into the decoration garbage dump, and hand over the decoration garbage generated within its management scope to a qualified city appearance and environmental sanitation operation service unit for removal, and the removal expenses shall be borne by the generating unit and individual. In addition to putting the decoration garbage into the designated place, it is also necessary to collect the decoration garbage and domestic garbage separately, bag the decoration garbage, and put the harmful waste in the decoration garbage into the garbage collection container separately. Otherwise, the relevant units or individuals will face a maximum fine of 1000 yuan.
