What should I do if the public buried water pipe bursts and damages the owner's wooden floor?

1. According to the Property Services Ordinance and the Property Services Contract, the public water pipes in the residential area should be the responsibility of the property management company.

2. If there is evidence that the property management company's dereliction of duty caused this bad result, the property management company should bear the responsibility.

This problem can be solved through negotiation with the property management company. General property management company will give you some compensation, but will not take full responsibility.

4. If the loss is too great, the property management company is unwilling to pay compensation or the compensation is very small, it can take civil action.
