7, decoration materials and professional installation team comes into play should check the relevant procedures, did not go through the formalities of decoration and installation shall not come into play.

8. Owners should check the temporary owner card when entering the community, and the decoration personnel must check the temporary pass when entering the community.

9. Goods shipped out of the community must be signed by the property management company before they can be released.

10. Vehicles entering the community should be inspected in detail. If there is any problem, please ask the owner (driver) to sign the checklist for confirmation.
