5. Be responsible for inspecting and supervising the work of the property assistant and auditing the work diary of the property assistant;

6. Supervise the property assistant to receive visits and complaints from business owners, and contact other relevant departments to solve problems as soon as possible and handle them correctly;

7, responsible for collecting complaints and suggestions from operators by visiting operators and viewing network information, actively soliciting opinions from operators by establishing a return visit system, conveying the regulations and notices of the property service center, and doing a good job in residential property management;
