Who is in charge of the property of the housing reform room?

The property right of the housing reform house belongs to the Housing Management Office of the Housing Authority. The competent department of residential property is the local real estate administrative department, that is, the Housing Authority and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. According to Article 5 of the Property Management Regulations, the construction administrative department of the State Council is responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities throughout the country. The real estate administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property management activities within their respective administrative areas.
