(thirteen) the implementation of national and provincial guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on earthquake prevention and disaster reduction; Undertake the responsibilities of supervision and management of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction of the government at the corresponding level, exercise the comprehensive supervision and management power according to law, guide, coordinate, supervise and inspect the work of earthquake prevention and disaster reduction, and investigate and deal with illegal acts.
