6. Prevent legal disputes

For real estate development projects that cannot be completed and delivered on schedule or registered for the first time due to the epidemic, the relevant period shall be extended in accordance with state regulations, and the liability for breach of contract shall not be calculated during the extended period. The construction unit shall not ask the construction unit to speed up the progress of the project on the grounds of catching up with the construction period, not delivering according to the time agreed in the original contract or defaulting on the deduction.
