The second is elected by the owners' meeting. After the preliminary property is completed, the hiring and dismissal of the property company must be decided by the owners' meeting, and after the owners' meeting passes a resolution, it will be submitted to the industry Committee for specific implementation.

The hiring and dismissal of a property company requires the consent of more than two thirds of the owners.

Third, the selection of the community When there is no industry committee in the community or the owners' meeting cannot be held, the community will jointly select the property company with the owners according to the actual situation.

Fourth, the government's bidding, auction and hanging mostly occurred in the demolition and resettlement community. The government chooses a property company for the resettlement community through bidding, and the property fees in previous years were generally paid by the government.
