Demobilized (ex-servicemen): provide officers' demobilization certificates (ex-servicemen certificates), or certificates that the cadres of the Political Department at or above the division level in the former military units agreed to be demobilized (ex-servicemen), or approval documents that the cadres of the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army agreed to be demobilized (ex-servicemen).
Doctor studying abroad: if you have cancelled your account before going abroad, you need to submit the certificate of account cancellation issued by the police station at the cancellation place. Joint post-doctoral training in enterprises: Submit the Agreement on Joint Training of Post-doctoral Researchers, the Project Establishment Form of Post-doctoral Research in Enterprises, and the Evaluation Opinion Form of Post-doctoral Researchers in Enterprises.
Postdoctoral personnel who plan to leave the station shall go through the formalities required for leaving the station.
Basic materials

2. Special materials
Postdoctoral students who transfer their spouses or children's accounts shall provide their ID card, marriage certificate and one-child certificate. Joint post-doctoral training in enterprises: a post-doctoral researcher's opinion form is needed after the expiration of the enterprise's work. Active postdoctoral fellow: When leaving the station to work in a local area, you need to issue a certificate of changing jobs, or a certificate that cadres at or above the division level agree to change jobs (demobilization), or a letter of approval from the General Political Department of the People's Liberation Army for changing jobs (demobilization).
Postdoctoral students are assigned to work in the army after leaving the station: letters of acceptance from cadres at or above the division level are required.
The postdoctoral fellows supported by the postdoctoral fund shall submit the summary report of the projects supported by the postdoctoral science fund of China.
Detailed exit procedures for postdoctoral researchers in Peking University
According to the regulations of China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, the postdoctoral period in China is at least 2 1 month (if the postdoctoral period is 24 months, you can go through the exit formalities 3 months in advance); The foreign postdoctoral residence period is at least 12 months.
First, postdoctoral researchers should complete the following work before leaving the station:
1. Make a postdoctoral exit report at the mobile station of the postdoctoral department. Complete a written report on postdoctoral research (the postdoctoral outbound report independently recruited by Peking University, and the reference style of the postdoctoral outbound report jointly cultivated by Peking University and enterprise workstations. 3. After leaving the station, obtain the official admission notice of the receiving unit (it is not necessary for those who return to the original unit, and the postdoctoral fellow who intends to settle in the collective household should also obtain the letter of introduction issued by the receiving unit).

Two, postdoctoral researchers need to handle the following matters when leaving the station:
