Two. Annual inspection method

1. The annual inspection shall be uniformly deployed and supervised by the Provincial Construction Department. After the completion of the annual inspection, the city and county responsible for the preliminary inspection will submit the annual inspection to the Provincial Construction Department in writing, which will summarize and issue notices and announcements.

2. The annual inspection work shall be declared by the property management enterprise by self-examination, and then the application materials for annual inspection shall be verified by the qualification examination and approval authority. The annual inspection assessment team shall be composed of the Provincial Construction Department and the relevant municipal and county departments to conduct on-site inspection and spot check on the annual inspection enterprises.

3. Property management enterprises with property management enterprise qualification certificates issued by the Ministry of Construction and the Provincial Construction Department and property management enterprises engaged in property management business activities outside the province for the record will submit the annual inspection materials to the Provincial Construction Department for annual inspection.

Three. Materials to be submitted for annual inspection:

1. Property Management Enterprise Qualification Annual Inspection Declaration Form (to be filled in from the examination and approval authority);

2 property management enterprise qualification certificate (original and photocopy);

3. Business license of the enterprise (original and photocopy);

4 property management service contract (original and photocopy);

5 property management professional qualification certificate and labor contract, professional and technical personnel title certificate and labor contract verified by the labor department (original and photocopy);

6 enterprise property management performance materials (provide written materials);

7 annual financial statements of the enterprise (original and photocopy);

The above materials, with Grade I and Grade II qualifications, need to be in duplicate for the property management enterprises registered in * *, and in triplicate for other property management enterprises, and the copies of the materials are bound into a book.
