Legal basis for raising property fees

In fact, the owner is the one who really has the right to decide whether to increase the property fee.

Legal basis: Article 278 of the Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) has graded charging standards for property services, including the number of doormen, the number of patrols, clothing, safety, cleanliness and sanitation, green area, and even cleaning garbage several times a day. Only when the corresponding standards are met can the corresponding level of fees be charged. Therefore, if you want to change the property fee, you must get the consent of the owners who account for more than half of the total construction area and the owners who account for more than half of the total number, that is, after a "double majority" vote, you can raise it.
