How to complain about property monopoly broadband

Legal Analysis: Regarding the monopoly in residential broadband, the State Council, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and local governments have all issued relevant regulations prohibiting residential broadband from monopolizing access services.

This problem is difficult to solve, because although this problem is multi-headed, there is no specific department to manage it, and it can only be solved by the owners themselves through consultation with developers, property or industry committees, or by complaining to the government hotline, or by media exposure to expand their influence.

Legal basis: Article 9 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests states that consumers have the right to choose their own goods or services. Consumers have the right to choose their own operators to provide goods or services, choose their own varieties of goods or services, and decide whether to buy or not to buy any kind of goods or accept or not to accept any kind of services.
