I am a volunteer of Cao Cao Volunteers Association in Xiangyang, Hubei. The first assembly order was received on June 65438+1October 2 1. With the consent of my family, I signed up without hesitation, joined the epidemic prevention work of Hubei Charity Federation as a volunteer, and entered the epidemic prevention working group of Hubei Charity Federation, waiting for the division of labor.

65438127 October, after patient and meticulous online training by the staff of the Charity Federation, I devoted myself to epidemic prevention and control.

We come from different organizations and different places, and we come here with the same purpose to do what we can to prevent and control the epidemic. I was assigned to the domestic material receiving group, mainly responsible for receiving the docking work of domestic materials, and the team leader Liu and Zeng Hong were in charge. We divided it into hotline group, front-end docking group, back-end docking group, distribution group and material group, and finally added a verification group.

Because volunteers come from different positions and have different understandings of volunteer service, the docking of each donor needs to be completed repeatedly, and many of them go away. I didn't know until I asked, some docked for a few days, and as a result, no materials were purchased, and some materials were rejected because they were not up to standard or unqualified. All kinds of donations include medical materials needed for prevention and control, as well as many living materials. Donors try their best to collect all kinds of materials. As long as they think of it, they can purchase it and make it at home. Whether it is urgent for prevention and control, they can call the hotline to donate money. However, due to the spread of the epidemic, life safety and saving lives are the first priority, so no matter the type or quality of materials, Ceng Laoshi always talks about it every day to ensure the quality. We should be responsible for medical staff and volunteers. The materials sent from us must be of high quality, not too demanding, and must be strictly examined. Life is a matter of life, so we should leave the lifeline of logistics to the most needed materials, and the quality of protective clothing and masks is the lifeline of life.

Volunteers work for a long time, and it is normal to work for more than ten hours. Mobile phones and computers, WeChat and telephones are bombarded in turn, and they stay in the network all day. From morning till night, they reply to all kinds of news from donors all over the country around the clock to meet the needs of hospitals, take time to process data and sort out donation materials. Life is completely controlled by the internet, and the phone rings. The whole family looked at me, put down their chopsticks and left the table, saying that my family heated the food, and sometimes I felt so tired and sleepy. I took a nap, put my mobile phone on the pillow, just lying on WeChat, and I had to take my mobile phone with me when I went to the toilet, thinking I was crazy. As a result, one day my friends were talking in the group, and the result was the same. I always look at my mobile phone, watch the news at any time, and reply to messages at any time. ...

The epidemic is getting worse. Due to the tight work and time, many people can't bear it, so they choose to leave their jobs and the personnel are constantly adjusting. ...

At first, I was very anxious, at a loss, and regretted signing up. However, when I watched the donation information increase one by one, there were not enough volunteers, and I was too embarrassed to speak. I have to work hard in silence. For a few days, my voice was hoarse and I had a headache. I can't sleep. Glancing at the circle of friends, the news of the Red Cross blew up my mobile phone. I really can't stand it. I hid under the covers and cried, watching the medical staff get infected one by one. I'm really upset. I changed the isolation point several times for various reasons, and my mood was unstable. My son and I are trapped in my eldest sister's house. My son is allergic and unwell. In the face of all kinds of sudden emergency work, the team is constantly improving its standardization and efficiency, from greeting, guidance and tips from Ceng Laoshi at 8: 30 every morning to regular training and answering questions in the group at 8: 30 in the evening, and then opening a dialog box in the group, with a special person on duty to answer questions. At the beginning of the outbreak, materials from all over the country hoped to be donated to Wuhan as soon as possible to help the hardest hit areas.

However, since the closure of Wuhan on June 23, 65438, all parts of Hubei have announced the closure of the city. Except for a few designated government-run charitable organizations and individual private groups, most other donated materials are not allowed to enter.

As one of the official channels, Hubei Charity Federation system has a unique advantage, not only in counties and cities, but also in the usual decentralized operation of Charity Federation. In this special period, it has formed an aggregation effect, attracting a large number of enterprises, social organizations and people to participate in the donation work related to the fight against the epidemic.

Due to the closure of the city, in order to control the spread of the epidemic, the whole people grounded and donated materials arrived quickly. One minute earlier, there was more hope for survival, and the virus would not stop spreading and slow down because of the closure of the city. In this battle against the virus, logistics is one of the biggest problems that hinder the arrival of donated materials. In this government-led anti-epidemic campaign, the charity Federation system, as a public welfare organization with government identity, first became the main channel for political and social interaction.

Through the coordination between the general meeting and the local headquarters, we will issue passes and acceptance letters to the units that submitted the letter of intent and passed the examination, and the donors will coordinate with the logistics company and the Ministry of Transport of Fangshang Sword to deliver the goods as soon as possible.

Due to the concentrated influx of materials from all over the country, the Federation once again played the advantage of official status. It is led by the General Association, coordinated by all localities, and enjoys information. Every day, we will have small partners in the distribution group to guide donors scientifically and orderly according to the collected local demand table and donate materials to the places where they are most needed.

If the materials donated from other places are not urgently needed, we will guide the donors, contact the local charity Federation and donate them to the local area, so as to use the materials in epidemic prevention work, reduce logistics costs, and most importantly, reduce the risk of epidemic infection and spread! Many donors don't understand that they just want to donate to Wuhan, that is, to the charity Federation. Friends patiently explained that there are charitable associations all over the country, all of which are family members, and the epidemic prevention work used there is all for the sake of epidemic prevention!

With the control of the epidemic situation, the donation work has gradually decreased, and the focus of work has shifted from receiving donated materials to internal verification. Due to the need of work, I was transferred to the verification group, which was mainly responsible for the review and collection of the materials of the previous docking group. After standardization, these materials are packaged and stored in enterprise network disks for audit and archive management.

I remember that although we were at the two ends of the phone, we were together. From the tone of the phone, we all felt each other's sincerity, and we all choked up and our tears were coming down! In the old man's mind, Hubei is one of his children and a member of his family!

There are many such donors. When I called back, the other party said, whenever it is needed, just say that there is nothing we can do. Hubei has people all over the country. Hubei is ok. Come on!

The materials donated by a China working in South Korea came to us several times, but they were not received because of quality problems. Finally, it was donated to the local community for general protection in areas with mild epidemic situation. Donors received our phone calls and apologized again and again, saying that they didn't understand, didn't donate to hospitals in Wuhan, and didn't contribute to Wuhan. His regret made us deeply feel everyone's concern about the epidemic and their support for Wuhan! Come on Hubei, come on Wuhan!

Our data verification mainly includes five aspects: 1, letter of intent for donation, 2, certificate of conformity, 3, certificate of value, 4, letter of acceptance, 5. The process has proved that it is the most difficult to collect and standardize data due to the special circumstances in a special period. However, in order to ensure the legality and compliance of donations, relevant data must be complete and effective, fair to donors and responsible to the country. Due to the initial shortage of protective clothing and medical staff, many medical staff did not eat or drink. In order to save protective clothing, go to the toilet less and save time to treat more patients, I was most impressed by the energy bar donated by Beijing, because the food was not urgently needed and we didn't receive it the first time. The person in charge who docked with us introduced the advantages of the product to us seriously. Therefore, the hospital welcomes medical staff very much. It not only ensures nutrition, but also reduces the number of times to go to the toilet, which is very necessary under the special circumstances at that time. It was learned that Beijing Company donated several hospitals in Wuhan and surrounding areas, which solved the special difficulties at that time.

Donation requires a donation receipt. At the same time, according to the value of donations, the state will also have corresponding tax relief policies. Especially this epidemic prevention donation, the scope of the national tax reduction and exemption policy is particularly large. In order to ensure that the national interests are not used by a few unscrupulous merchants, it is particularly important to strictly control imports. Not accepting non-epidemic prevention materials is the basic requirement, and resolutely resist all kinds of pressures and rhetoric. I remember that some donors said that we have long-term cooperation with the Federation and have a good relationship with its leaders. After we declined, we had to say, I'm sorry, if you have a good relationship with the leaders of the Federation, you should think of the leaders in an emergency and help them do a good job in epidemic prevention.
