How to pay the property fee?

Property fees are generally paid by the owner or user of the house on a monthly or annual basis. The collection time of property fees shall be implemented in accordance with the agreement in the contract between the two parties. The developer pays the property fee before handing over the house, and the buyer pays it the next month after actually handing over the house. The property management fee is calculated according to the owner's property area, and the area on the real estate license multiplied by the unit price of the property fee multiplied by 12 months is the property management fee for one year.

Article 41 of the Regulations on Property Management

The owner shall pay the property service fee in accordance with the provisions of the property service contract. If the owner and the user of the property agree that the user of the property shall pay the property service fee, the owner shall bear joint and several liability from the agreement. Property that has been completed but has not been sold or handed over to the property buyer shall be paid by the construction unit.
