But if we build roads, because roads are often used by us, many vehicles need to pass by, which will be very troublesome. Before we start, we must find a way to clear the traffic.

Moreover, you can often see it on the road. In fact, when maintaining the road, it is not always around, but all together. And what is particularly difficult is that many times there will be traffic jams at that location. When we are repairing, the materials we need need need to wait on the road.

Of course, I haven't experienced the actual situation personally, but I often see it myself outside. In addition, perhaps one of my own guesses is that some materials and techniques we see in building a residential area may not be as complicated as those on the road, and many people may participate in the construction of the residential area. However, for the maintenance of the road, because the location on the road is so large, only a few people can make way, so it is better to build a residential area quickly.

Finally, I have a bold guess. For our residential area, many people know that it is actually financing. After the market opened, private enterprises began to sell houses, and they continued to build houses with the money they sold. In this way, there will always be cash. After the construction is completed, they can start making profits, so the project will be faster.

I don't know if private enterprises have taken this job, but it must be related to the state, and the government will definitely take care of it. Then the profit may not be so huge at this time, so it may delay the construction period.
