If the application materials are incomplete or inconsistent with the statutory form, the applicant shall be informed in writing of all the contents that need to be corrected within 5 working days. Article 21 The municipal real estate administrative department shall announce the results within a certain range within 1 month after granting rental subsidies, allocating low-rent housing or reducing rent.
Twenty-second families with the lowest income who enjoy the low-rent housing security benefits shall truthfully declare their family income, population and housing changes to the neighborhood offices or township people's governments where their household registration is located every June 5438+ 10. Article 23 If a family enjoying low-rent housing security has one of the following acts, the real estate administrative department shall make a decision to cancel the qualification of security, recover the rented low-rent housing, stop issuing rental subsidies or stop rent reduction:
(a) did not truthfully declare the family income, family population and housing situation;
(two) the per capita income of the family exceeds the minimum income standard set by the civil affairs department 1 year or more;
(three) due to the decrease in the number of families or the increase in housing area, the per capita housing area exceeds the local low-rent housing security standards;
(four) unauthorized changes in housing costs;
(5) Lending or subletting the rented low-rent housing;

Article 24 If the lowest-income families apply for low-rent housing security in violation of the provisions of these measures and fail to truthfully declare their family income, family population and housing status, the real estate administrative department shall cancel their eligibility for application: if they have defrauded low-rent housing security, they shall be ordered to return the rental housing subsidies they have received or pay the reduced rent; Families who enjoy shiwupeizu shall return the rented house within the prescribed time limit. If it is not returned within the time limit, the real estate administrative department may apply to the people's court for compulsory execution according to law.
Article 25 If the staff of the real estate administrative department or other relevant administrative departments, taking advantage of their positions, accept other people's property or other benefits in the management of low-rent housing, fail to perform their duties of supervision and management according to law for the approved low-rent housing, or fail to investigate and deal with illegal acts, they shall be given administrative sanctions; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
