After that, yongcheng arranged a 30-day willpower exercise, that is, he chose a willpower challenge and finished punching in for 30 days.

Unconsciously, I completed 30 days of willpower exercise, full of sense of accomplishment.

The challenge I choose is to write three knowledge cards to the classical teacher every day to get the "Super Personal" column. On the one hand, I don't have enough time to study, but I just look at it occasionally. I hope I can take this opportunity to look at the content of the column this time. On the other hand, it is also to complete the challenge of willpower, improve your willpower and accumulate potential energy.

A daily card consists of five parts: date, title, card content, card number and card type.

Write 3 cards every day, take photos and send them to the group, even if you have completed today's challenge.

I hesitated at first, but I didn't act after Mr. Yong Cheng arranged the activities. However, I saw a few friends in the group punching cards actively and infected me, so I wanted to try.

From the beginning, it was like chicken blood, and it was in good condition. Write cards at your desk after work every day, and finish the task easily.

In case you work overtime or are particularly tired after going home, you must face the challenge with what little willpower you have left. One day, the negative mood was so serious that I gave up punching in. Fortunately, I only lasted for one day, and the next day I adjusted my mentality and started again.

I can adjust my mind so quickly, mainly because I have the habit of keeping a diary every day. The next day, I saw that the classical teacher got the article about treatment delay in the column, so she accepted her delay frankly instead of blaming herself. Moreover, analyze the reasons for the delay and then solve them one by one.

After that, I also adjusted my daily schedule according to the two inspirations I learned in Will Power.

Because my willpower is limited, and all tasks are extracted from the same account, I will try my best to reduce unnecessary self-loss every day and finish writing the card before my willpower runs out.

In addition, I also set up a small ceremony to write knowledge cards. Every time I sit at my desk, I will take out my card, write the date, and then start reading and writing cards. In this way, when I don't really want to write a card, tell myself to write the date first. This action is much simpler than reading an article and writing a knowledge card, and it is easy to complete. Write down the date, and you will naturally read and complete the card task.

So, what did I gain from this activity?

Thick 90 cards is a real gain. These cards are my knowledge accumulation in the past 30 days, and they are also the testimony of the challenge of willpower.

Rereading the classic teacher's article "Super Personal" has given me a deeper understanding of the current professional situation and provided me with many practical methods, such as the three-thing method that I use every day.

This is also the main purpose of this activity. It's not easy to punch in for 30 days, and it's a bit difficult to write three cards a day. Reading and thinking every day also exercises my thinking ability.
