How does the Civil Code stipulate property fees?
Legal analysis: the provisions of the Civil Code on property fees are: 1. The property service provider shall maintain the order of the service area and protect the personal and property safety of the owners; 3. The owner shall pay the property fee as agreed; 4. The property service provider shall regularly announce the service items, responsible personnel, quality requirements, charging items, charging standards, performance and the use of maintenance funds.
Legal basis: Article 944 of General Principles of Civil Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider as agreed. If the property service provider has provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations, the owner shall not refuse to pay the property fee on the grounds that he has not accepted or does not need to accept the relevant property services.
