Now, I have been with Rongmin Group for 16 years, and I recall the 16 years that I experienced and struggled with Rongmin. I have mixed feelings in my heart, and the past is vivid. It is an emotion that cannot be described in words and words; It is a change from naivety to maturity; That is the best memory of youth that people will never forget. ...

In March, 2000, in the early spring of Yulin, Saibei, I just graduated from the accounting computerization major of Yulin Finance School at the age of 19, and was recommended by the school leaders to join Rongmin Group. I remember the first day I reported to the company, which was March 15, 2000 (I still laugh at myself occasionally "I am an honorary citizen who joined the consumer holiday ..."). On that day, the temperature was very low. I'm wearing a new green sweater and carrying a washed black schoolbag. The cold wind whistled through the thin sweater, and the cold air hit people. But my heart is full of passion and ambition, and I came to a brand-new three-story commercial building in the middle of Xinjian North Road, the most prosperous in Yulin. "This is where I want to work? ! This is a platform and place to test my four-year efforts and give full play to my strengths. ! I will start my first career here. Can I do it or not? I'm sure I can do it ... "After I look forward to it indefinitely, I can't help but be at a loss. The combination of theory and practice will not be so easy, nor will it be so easy to change from a student to a qualified real estate enterprise accountant ... But at that time, I was not ignorant and naive, but persistent and fearless, a little young and fearless.

With the simultaneous development of "Rongmin Changcheng Road Commercial and Residential Building" and "Rongmin Changle Road Commercial and Residential Building", with the help of my colleague Sun Aihua, I began to try every job in the manual bookkeeping era for the first time, such as setting up my own account, making vouchers, registering general ledger and subsidiary ledger, issuing statements, binding files, and learning to deal with tax bureaus and bankers. At that time, there were three rooms on the first floor, the boss worked independently, a living room served as a reception and conference room, and a large office integrating business department, sales department, finance department and office. Everyone is United and helps each other and gets along well, but the division of labor is clear. As I am the youngest employee in the company, I come to the company early every day to clean the office. Help colleagues to deal with the most urgent expressions after work, such as printing, copying, folding pictures, calculating area, etc. When everyone is busy, I sit down and deal with my own accounts. Busy and stumbling, I gradually adapted to the change from a student to a professional accountant.

From 200 1 to 2002, the two projects developed smoothly and sold well. The company began to participate in the merger and reorganization of state-owned enterprises, and successively merged and reorganized two state-owned enterprises, namely the Municipal Grain and Oil Management Office and Yulin Hotel, and obtained two golden lots at the intersection of Xinjian Road and Renmin Road in Yulin City, and began the development and construction of Century Golden Flower Shopping Plaza and Happiness Mall. In August 2002, the company established the original "Rongmin Group", which consists of several subsidiaries such as construction, road and bridge, and comprehensive agricultural development, and its business volume is increasing day by day. Because the number of financial personnel has not increased, the workload in the era of pure manual bookkeeping can be imagined. I need to work overtime frequently to keep up with the progress of my work. My classmates don't understand why I am so busy. At that time, in order to find a suitable job, we were constantly trying and working hard, and the students gradually alienated and stopped keeping close contact. I don't care that much. I concentrate on my work, which can be described as "working overtime every day". There are no holidays and sundays, but I never complain. Because the actual combat has just begun, it will be even more arduous to meet me.

From 2003 to 2005, the company cooperated with Yulin Gongxx Automobile Company and Yulin Machinery Factory to start the development and construction of "New North Road Commercial and Residential Building" and "Rongfuyuan Community". The development of by going up one flight of stairs can be described as year by year, and the office building is also moved year by year. At the end of 200 1, it moved into the original office building of Renmin Middle Road Grain and Oil Management Office, and then moved into the original office building of Yulin Hotel from Grain and Oil Management Office at the end of 2002. In June 2004, the Century Golden Flower Project was completed, and the company officially owned a stable office building with advanced decoration and design, which was the best office environment in Yulin before June 2004. Every time I walk through the spacious and bright corridor of the company, I will feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. During this period, I also grew from an ignorant girl to a young woman. I set up my own small family among the employees of Rongmin Company, and since then, I have taken root in Rongmin and dedicated my limited strength.

In May 2005, in order to follow the development of the group, we moved to Xi 'an, the provincial capital, with our son who was less than five months old, and started another unforgettable career. Strange city, strange network, strange face, no one knows except family and colleagues, everything must start from scratch. In particular, the scale of the project is large and the problems encountered are more complicated. I have to deal with not only accounting affairs, but also all aspects of taxation and banking. I have encountered unprecedented challenges. I don't know the way, so I'll let the driver take me first, and then I'll just walk and remember the way to find the way. I don't know the business people, so I try to meet and communicate with them as much as possible and impress them with sincerity. I'm not familiar with Xi 'an's tax process. On the one hand, I consult relevant documents or collect them online, on the other hand, I consult the tax administrator. Do your best to do a good job in business development and handle all the settlement of the current unit enthusiastically. Gradually I have friends, everyone is familiar with them, and my work is on the right track.

With the development and construction of many large-scale projects, such as Rongmin International Apartment, Rongmin International Hotel, Rongmin International Business Center (Downing International), Gongyuan No.1, Gong Yuan Central, Gong Yuan Meian and Gongyuan No.1 Phase II, the number of Rongmin Group personnel is increasing, the strength of the company is growing, and the development plan of the group is becoming clearer and clearer. In the future development plan, the Group has set up several entities such as asset operation, cultural industry, property management and investment industry. And established Rongmin Holding Group Co., Ltd. and made a brand-new appearance, ranking 258th among the top 500 private enterprises in China. Of course, Rongmin's finance department has grown from two people to more than a dozen people now, and its financial functions are constantly strengthening, refining and deepening. It is no longer limited to normal financial management, but develops into all-round finance. Now, I am not only the mother of two children, but also the deputy financial director of Rongmin Holding Group. I should not only shoulder the heavy responsibility of family, but also shoulder the great mission as the financial director of the group. Looking back on my career, from a small accountant to a supervisor accountant, to a financial manager, an audit manager, and now to a deputy financial director, only I know the hardships and difficulties, which will be a memory worthy of my life.
