Mosque, as a religious place, is mainly used for religious activities and services, not for commercial operation or real estate development. According to the principle of freedom of religion and protection of traditional customs, mosques are usually not used for commercial purposes.

At the same time, according to the provisions of China's Property Law and Urban Real Estate Management Law, real estate development must comply with relevant laws, regulations and procedural requirements, and must not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others, nor violate public interests and social morality.
