Weifang Youcai 2023 Re-examination Time

According to the announcement of the selection of Weifang's "Young Talents Introduction Plan" in 2023, combined with the actual work, the relevant matters of the second interview in Binhai District are hereby notified as follows:

First, the second interview time and place

Re-examination time: April 29th (Saturday). Candidates should arrive at the test center before 7:00 am.

Re-examination location: Weifang Binhai Kuncheng School (north of Blue Imagination Road, Guan Hai Road, Central Business District, Weifang Binhai District 1 km).

Second, the second interview candidates

Re-examination candidates are candidates who have passed the qualification review (see annex).

Third, the second interview method and content

The second interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the quality and ability that candidates should have in government work. The interview is graded on a percentage scale, with two decimal places reserved.

Candidates prepare for 4 minutes in the thinking room and answer questions in the interview room for 5 minutes.

Fourth, the second interview procedure

Before 7:00 a.m. on April 29th,/kloc-0, candidates are requested to arrive at the test center with their valid ID and registration form (the name and date are required in the column of "Commitment of Integrity"), and check the information in the designated waiting room under the guidance of the staff.

Candidates will be seated in order after entering the waiting room. The staff announced the candidate code and interview process, and organized the candidates to draw lots to determine the position order and interview sequence number.

3. Candidates are led by leaders to the thinking room for preparation at the specified time. The test questions are placed on the desk of the examinee in the thinking room. After the timekeeper announces the start of timing, candidates can look at the test questions and think within the specified time. When the appointed time ended, the timekeeper announced that he would stop thinking. Candidates put the test questions back in their original places, and the guide will lead them to the corresponding interview room to answer them (draft paper can be brought).

4. Candidates enter the interview room, quote the lottery sequence number and wait at the candidates' booth. The examiner announced the start of the interview and the candidates answered the questions directly. When the specified time is up, the examinee stops answering questions (the draft paper is left) and the examiner announces his withdrawal. After the interview, the candidates will be led by the staff to leave the test center.

5. After all the interviews, the re-examination results will be published on the "Lighthouse-Weifang Party Building Online" network platform "2023 Weifang Excellent Talents Program Selection Column".
