I. Housing profile

Second, the object of rent distribution.

Five types of talents (hereinafter referred to as "Dragon Talents") who serve in enterprises and institutions in Longgang District and are included in the catalogue of "Dragon Talents" in Longgang District of Shenzhen City shall meet the following conditions:

2. Rules on the order of selecting houses for talents at the same level: the order of selecting houses is determined according to the employment time of the current employer of Shenlong Cai Ying; If the above time is the same, the time sequence of submitting application materials shall prevail.

(v) Signing contracts

4. Rent and property management fee

(1) Rent standard and payment method

The specific rent of a single house is based on the standard rent, which is revised and determined by comprehensively considering factors such as floor and orientation, and finally the price of Shenzhen public housing rent pricing management service platform shall prevail when signing the contract. Rent is paid once a year.

2. Class A, B and C talents of "Shenlong Cai Ying" can enjoy rent-free within the specified building area when renting. Rent-free rental housing is lower than the area standard housing corresponding to its talent level, and the part below the standard will not be compensated. If the allocated housing is more than 5 square meters (including 5 square meters), I don't need to pay the difference rent. If the area exceeds the specified area of 5 square meters or more, I need to pay the rent beyond the specified area, and the rent standard is calculated according to the benchmark rent price of talent housing.

3. The D and E talents of "Dragon Cai Ying" have all been allocated housing. See annex 1 for the standard rent. If it is higher than the area standard part corresponding to its talent level, it shall be calculated according to the benchmark rental price of talent housing.

(two) property service fees and special maintenance funds
