Registration requirements for registered property managers:

People's Republic of China (PRC) citizens, who abide by national laws and regulations, abide by professional ethics, and meet one of the following conditions, may apply for the qualification examination for property managers:

(1) Obtained technical secondary school education in economics, management science and engineering or civil engineering, and worked for 10 years, including 8 years in property management.
