1, China's property charging standards are divided into first-class property charging standards; Secondary property charging standard; Three-level property charging standards and four-level property charging standards. Property management fees are collected as follows:

The first-class charging standard is RMB/m2 (including taxes).

The Regulations on Property Management stipulates that when a property management enterprise provides services to the owners (including providing property services agreed in the property service contract and providing services other than those agreed in the property service contract upon the entrustment of the owners), it shall clearly mark the price in accordance with these provisions, and indicate relevant information such as service items and charging standards.
