The property is not equipped with gas or natural gas. Is there no property fee receivable?

If there is no gas or natural gas residential area in the property, it does not meet the occupancy conditions at all, and no property fee should be charged. It makes sense if commercial real estate or something doesn't have these.

Property fees include lighting and so on. If the community is not in place, you can look at the composition details and lighting ratio of the property fee in your community and refuse to pay this part of the fee.
