On the issue of handling the real estate license of Shangri-La Shangcheng Community: Shangri-La Shangcheng Community is located in Laowatan Community, Weiyanghu Street, our district. According to the document No.34 [2006] of Shifuban, it is the first batch of new rural community construction pilot projects in Xi, which are built on the original site of Laowatan Village. At present, in terms of construction and examination and approval procedures, we have mainly obtained the Reply on Preparing the Work Plan for the Construction of New Rural Communities in Laowatan (J.Z. [2006] 15) issued by the Office of the Leading Group for the Construction of New Socialist Countryside in Xi City and the Planning Permit for Construction Land in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by the former Planning Bureau (No.* * Certificate [(2007)026]) and other documents.

Relevant departments in this district will further urge developers to speed up communication and coordination with relevant government departments, fully cooperate with relevant government departments to solve various historical problems, and strive to apply for relevant documents as soon as possible.
