It can be said that the property management company is willing to work for the hydropower department.

3. If there is any discrepancy between the summary table and the sub-table, such as the loss caused by the leakage of underground pipelines, the property management company can only knock out its teeth and swallow it. Article 45 of the new "Property Management Regulations" clearly stipulates: "In the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users. If the property management enterprise accepts the entrustment to collect the fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall not charge the owners additional fees such as handling fees. " The introduction of new regulations is good for both owners and property companies. After the implementation of the regulations, the phenomenon of bundled collection of property fees and utilities will be solved. However, the new regulations do not stipulate how to collect the fees of the pool, which deserves everyone's attention. If the owners' committee is established in your community, the owners' committee and the property company can agree on the collection and supervision of public utilities.
