Here, it mainly refers to organizing, encouraging and inducing others to vote in the voting process stipulated by law, not carrying out the organizational intention and violating the organizational intention. It infringes on citizens' right to vote and the national election system, and at the same time destroys the party's organizational system. This kind of behavior is extremely destructive to make the party's ideas become the will of the state through legal procedures and the candidates recommended by party organizations become the leaders of state organs through legal procedures. Third, conduct other activities that violate party constitution and other party internal laws and regulations and relevant articles of association during the election period. In addition, there is no plot requirement in the main characteristics of non-organizational activities such as canvassing and helping elections, which reflects the clear attitude of party organizations to severely crack down on and severely punish the above behaviors.

Legal basis: Article 75 of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of China * * * Production Party" shall be given a warning or a serious warning if it commits one of the following acts; If the circumstances are serious, he shall be dismissed from his post within the Party or be placed on probation; If the circumstances are serious, be expelled from the Party:

(1) Engaging in non-organizational activities such as canvassing and election assistance in democratic recommendation, democratic evaluation, organization inspection and inner-party elections;

(two) in the voting activities stipulated by law, in violation of organizational principles, organizing, encouraging and inducing others to vote;

(three) other activities in violation of party constitution and other party regulations and relevant articles of association in the election.

Those who organize canvassing for bribes, or those who use public funds to canvass for bribes, shall be given a heavier or heavier punishment.
