Collection standard of late payment fee

The collection standards of late fees include tax late fees, property late fees, rent late fees, water late fees and overdue credit card late fees.

1. Tax late payment: In China, the most common standard for collecting tax late payment is to add five ten thousandths of the late payment every day. According to the provisions of Article 32 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Tax Collection and Management Law, if the taxpayer fails to pay the tax within the prescribed time limit and the withholding agent fails to pay the tax within the prescribed time limit, the tax authorities shall, in addition to ordering the tax to be paid within the prescribed time limit, impose a late fee of 0.5% of the overdue tax on a daily basis from the date of tax payment.

2. Late payment for property fees: The collection standard for late payment for property fees is generally two thousandths. If there is a contract, it shall be implemented according to the contract; If there is no agreement, it can be calculated according to the bank's interest for the same period.

3. Late payment: The collection standard of late payment is generally liquidated damages, which shall be negotiated by both parties who sign the contract. Usually not higher than five thousandths of the actual rent.

4. Late payment for water charges: the standard for collecting late payment for water charges is three thousandths of the daily water charges payable. Users who are in arrears with water charges will be charged a late fee on a daily basis.

5. Credit card late payment fee: The collection standard of credit card late payment fee is 5% of the unpaid minimum repayment amount. At the same time, the bank will charge five ten thousandths of the daily interest on the whole bill.
