1. If you have any objection to the charging items and standards of property services, you can complain to the price department, and the corresponding penalties include ordering correction, confiscation of illegal income, fines, and serious suspension of business for rectification;
2. The price departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the supervision and management of property service charges within their respective administrative areas jointly with the real estate administrative departments at the same level;
3. Complain to the Housing Authority that the Housing Authority is the industry management department of the property company and has the obligation to deal with the violations of the property company;
4. Bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
The realty service enterprise shall provide corresponding services in accordance with the stipulations of the realty service contract. The realty service enterprise fails to perform the realty service contract, causing personal and property safety damage to the owner, and shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities according to law.
Legal basis: Article 40 of the Regulations on Property Management.
Property service charges should follow the principles of rationality, openness and adaptability between fees and service levels, and distinguish the nature and characteristics of different properties. The owners and the realty service enterprise shall, according to the charging standards for realty service formulated by the competent price department of the State Council in conjunction with the administrative department of construction of the State Council, stipulate in the realty service contract.

Within the property management area, water supply, power supply, gas supply, heating, communication, cable TV and other units shall charge relevant fees to the end users.
Where a realty service enterprise accepts the entrustment to collect the fees mentioned in the preceding paragraph, it shall not collect additional fees such as handling fees from the owners.
