(4) After the owner and the management company agree on the decoration unit, the owner shall agree with the management company on the handling time, place and passage of building materials, and shall not occupy or block public places, nor pollute, damage or block public places and public facilities;

(5) During the renovation, the owner should keep the public places and facilities in the community clean and the interior of the unit clean, pay attention to the storage and use of building materials, flammable materials or volatile chemicals, and do not smoke to avoid disasters. (6) The management company has the right to enter the unit during the construction period to check whether the project meets the approval specifications of the management company. 3. Decoration company and decoration company deposit

Owners are free to choose and hire a decoration company, but the decoration company must have the qualifications and supporting documents that conform to the current laws. If any breach of contract, negligence or arbitrary behavior of the self-employed decoration company or its employees causes economic or mental losses to the community or other owners, the owners shall be responsible. Therefore, I urge the owners to consider the reputation and reliability of the decoration company before choosing it.
