Now my husband and I both left Qian 'an because we were admitted to the university. One is from the Yellow River Plateau and the other is from Lvbotan. Because we are all immigrants, we have come together and lived a full and happy life in a small city. After crossing the Weihe Bridge, we walked eastward along the newly-built Weihe levee, and it took about 20 minutes to reach my husband's elder sister's home. Zhang Xiruo, a famous scholar in modern times, is from this village. He and his sister belong to the same family. How proud he is!

In the evening, we stayed at the elder sister's house for one night. Naturally, our parents are short-lived, so we stayed at home for quite a while. The next morning, accompanied by my brother-in-law, we visited the Zhang Xiruo Memorial Hall built by the village. The memorial hall only occupies a house in the village Committee, with an area of about 20 square meters and a relatively simple layout. It is understood that it is not easy for a villager to collect information by himself. Although the display in the memorial hall is simple, it basically introduces Zhang Xiruo's life story: Zhang Xiruo (1889 ~ 1973), whose real name is Xiruo, was born in Nancangxi, Chaoyi Town, Dali County, Shaanxi Province, and was a famous patriotic Democrat, social activist and political scientist. I have been upright and upright all my life: I once criticized the corruption and dictatorship of the Kuomintang in front of Chiang Kai-shek, and my words were fierce. When discussing the name of the new China, he proposed the name of the country as "People's Republic of China (PRC)", which was unanimously adopted. 1957 criticized the party and the government with the words "eager for success, quick success, contempt for the past and superstition for the future". After that, we continued along the Weihe levee all the way to the east, and the garage was like a fairyland: winding eastward to the Weihe River, the sun was shining. Although there are no mulberry trees on both sides of the strait, Luo Fu, which is beautiful, witty, lively and kind, looms, but Huashan Mountain in the distance is clearly visible, with red peach blossoms, golden rape flowers, green wheat seedlings, snow-white pear flowers, and rows of Yang Shulin and willow trees spitting out new leaves. ? Soon, we came to a place called "Du Jun": this is a ferry managed by garrison guards, which should have been used for many years. After crossing Du Jun, we arrived at the south bank of Weihe River. I checked Baidu map. This ferry used to be called Xizhai ferry. Dad said that people on the north bank of Weihe River often use this ferry to sell vegetables in Huayin on the south bank in exchange for their daily necessities or to catch up with the temple fair in Huayin. It must have been a very busy place in the past. There is also a touching story in this ferry: on a hot summer evening, a young man was selling vegetables at Huayin Temple Fair and preparing to return to the North Shore. He went to Xizhai Ferry, and just as the river surged, the ferry stopped. When in distress, the boatman enthusiastically helped the young man stay in his boathouse for one night. It should be a night of heart-to-heart talk that made the boatman fall in love with this young man, and this young man became the boatman's son-in-law. Anjia Village in Henan and Liuyuan Village in Hebei are all because of this ferry. Hey hey, I tell you weakly that this young man is my mother's grandfather.

Continue eastward along the levee on the south bank of Weihe River, and you will reach the mouth of Sanhe River in about ten minutes. Here the Luohe River flows into the Weihe River first, and the Weihe River flows eastward from Huayin to Tongguan to join the Yellow River. I am deeply shocked here: the merged river, like a shy girl, quietly threw herself into her mother's arms, and also like a charming child who traveled far away, shook off all her troubles and reunited with her mother calmly. And that integrated river, with her broad mind and long arms, hugged her children tightly. People praise this river and call it the mother river, probably because they admire its tolerant, brave and generous spirit!

At the end of the Weihe River is the Yellow River. Crossing the Yellow River is Shanxi, overlooking your hometown across the river. You must have a taste. So we came to Yongji ancient city, which was prosperous because of Pujin Pass. The remaining city gates and city walls can show the prosperity and grand scale at that time. Pujinguan was an important pass on the Yellow River leading to Shaanxi before the Ming Dynasty, which played an important role in trade, military and cultural exchanges in history. In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, it was gradually abandoned because the Yellow River diverted to Pujin Ferry. The Yellow River Iron Bull on the east coast was excavated and rebuilt in 1980s for future generations to study and enjoy. I don't know where the iron ox used to repair the ferry on the west bank is hidden, but the iron ox on the west bank is called Grand Customs Clearance, which is my parents' home. From this, it is not difficult to imagine how prosperous the parents' home was at that time.

? There is a famous building next to Pujinguan Ferry, which is called Stork House. You must be familiar with Wang Zhihuan's "The Heron Tower": the mountains cover the day and the sea exhausts the golden river, but you can broaden your horizons by walking up a flight of stairs. It turns out that Wang Zhihuan, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty, boarded the mirage one evening and looked southwest. He saw the scene of Huashan and our home. Chaoyang in Changchun, clouds of flowers and moons, peach blossoms in Luo 'an, shady sand trees, mountainous peaks, misty rain in Weichuan, jathyapple in Ziyang, Biquan Biliu in Chaoyi on the west bank of the Yellow River, and Golden Dragon Pagoda will surely make his heart yearn for it.

? My father's home is thriving because of water, and I always praise my hometown. Similarly, because of the construction of water conservancy projects, the home was once deserted. Later, my parents were finally allowed to take their younger generation who grew up in Qian 'an District back to their hometown from all directions and started a new milestone in rebuilding their homes. Nowadays, the beautiful scenery here is rich. The two dams not only lock up the raging flood, but also are a good place for people to relax, sightseeing and keep fit.
