The Yellow River Community Teaching Area includes: Yuting Century, Pujiang Garden, Lanting Yucheng, Chengzhong Garden, Neighborhood Home (Neighborhood Center) and Runyuan Community; European Garden, Yiwu Trade City Boutique Street, Hope City, Zhonghao International Garden and Auto Parts City (these five districts are the double-selected school districts of Huanghe Primary School and Qinghai Lake Road Primary School); Cambridge Liwan, Shangri-La Garden, Greenland Yipin, Yalan International Garden and Jiahe Yiyuan (these five communities are the double-selected school districts of Huanghe Primary School and Xiamen Road Experimental School). The east of Huanghe Residential Building is not in Huanghe Primary School, so it is impossible to attend Huanghe Primary School.

Area 2: East to the ancient Yellow River, west to Renmin Avenue, south to Beijing Road, and north to Xiamen Road (among them, east to Development Avenue, west to Renmin Avenue, south to Beijing Road, and north to Xiamen Road is the dual-choice school district of Yellow River Primary School and Xiamen Road Experimental School).
