Member of Xiamen Property Management Association

The highest authority of the Association is the General Assembly, which consists of the Council, the Standing Council and the Secretariat, and is responsible for the daily work of the Association. The president and vice-president of the association are held by the leaders of member enterprises. The director, executive director, president, vice president and secretary general of the Association are elected for a term of four years. The association consists of special groups such as networking activities, research, merit evaluation, public opinion propaganda, water and electricity coordination, external liaison, education and training, and the members of the groups are vice presidents and executive directors respectively. Xiamen Property Management Association is the executive director unit of China Property Management Association and the vice president unit of Fujian Property Management Association.
