Third, I am worried that I will live in a poor house and cannot survive. This is also the most important factor. If there is no house in my hometown, how can I go back to farming and stop farming, and live alone in the city? Based on the above concerns, many poor households or elderly people who are mainly engaged in agriculture will think about retiring their houses, and they can still live in their hometown and live the life of rural people after retiring their houses.
