1. The developer sends the Notice of Occupancy to the buyers or informs the buyers to pick up the notice at the designated place;

2. The buyer shall contact the on-site sales department or property management office to take over the building with the occupancy notice at the agreed time;

3. Relevant staff will lead the buyers to conduct on-site survey of the purchased houses, check all kinds of facilities and equipment, and record the test results on the house acceptance handover form one by one;

4. If the house is qualified, the buyer shall sign the house acceptance handover form, get the house key and household registration book, and pay the relevant fees according to the unified regulations of the management office. If the acceptance is unqualified, the buyer shall also clearly record the deficiencies on the handover form, and may not go through the formalities of repossession temporarily according to the specific circumstances, and the time of repossession shall be agreed by both parties separately.
