The Decision of the Standing Committee of Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress on Amending Individual Articles of Hangzhou Property Management Regulations was deliberated and adopted at the 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Hangzhou on August 2, 2003, and approved at the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Zhejiang Province on August 6, 2003. It is hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

Decision on Amending Individual Clauses of Hangzhou Property Management Regulations

(Adopted at the 12th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Hangzhou on August 2 1 2003 and approved at the 6th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People's Congress of Zhejiang Province on August 6, 2003)

The twelfth meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress has decided to make the following amendments to the Regulations of Hangzhou Municipality on Property Management:

The first paragraph of Article 51 is amended as: "The annual use plan of the property maintenance fund is proposed by the property management enterprise, approved by the owners' committee, and allocated by the municipal property management department. The use of county (city) property maintenance funds is allocated by the county (city) property management department. "

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.

The Regulations of Hangzhou Municipality on Property Management shall be revised and re-promulgated according to this decision.
