Is it legal to charge water for property?

According to the "Regulations on Property Management", property service enterprises shall settle their expenses with water supply companies in accordance with the provisions of the competent price department of the government, and accept supervision and audit. Therefore, it is legal for the property to collect water charges. However, when the property collects water charges, it cannot be charged at a higher price, and the owners with higher prices can complain or report the property to the local price administrative department.
