2. Check whether the residential fire protection acceptance is qualified, and ask the developer to show relevant certificates. It is difficult for ordinary developers to meet the standards in time, so it constitutes a developer's overdue delivery. You not only don't have to pay the property fee, but also ask the developer to pay the corresponding liquidated damages according to the contract.

3. It is also a good reason that the supporting facilities promised by the community are not in place.
