Second, shortcomings.

A few employees' safety awareness and sense of responsibility are not strong enough, and the drills are not serious enough. The drill of the rescue team is not in place, the drill of the fire brigade is not real enough, and the overall drill effect is not very good.

3. Summary of fire emergency drills

In order to effectively strengthen the daily safety work of the Corps Building and improve the fire safety quality, safety prevention and self-help ability of all employees, the Corps Building jointly held a fire emergency safety drill with the theme of "safety development, prevention first" on July 17. Before the exercise, the engineering department and the comprehensive department of the Corps Building, combined with the actual situation of the Corps Building, carefully formulated the exercise plan, defined the responsibilities and requirements, and provided practical guarantee for the success of the exercise.

At noon on July 13, 2003 14: 00, the corps building invited Xu, a policeman from Beijing Dongcheng Fire Brigade, to give training on fire safety knowledge to employees, explaining and demonstrating them one by one from daily fire safety work to the use of fire equipment, which supplemented the necessary knowledge that some employees lacked in fire safety and played a good role.

At noon on July 17 14: 30, the fire drill officially started. According to the drill flow drawn up in advance, the staff in the back hall of the food and beverage department will alarm the fire control room with a manual alarm after discovering the fire. The central control room received the alarm, confirmed the fire and reported it to General Manager Jin of Bingtuan Building. General Manager Jin launched the fire emergency plan urgently, and organized relevant personnel from housekeeping department, catering department, engineering department and other departments, as well as voluntary fire brigade, evacuation guidance group, communication liaison group, equipment support group and safety rescue group to participate in the fire fighting task. Several trapped employees ran to the designated safe passage and called for help with white towels in their hands. The volunteer firemen in the building quickly arrived at the scene to put out the fire with fire hoses and portable fire extinguishers. The evacuation guidance group, medical rescue group and logistics support group quickly launched fire fighting and self-rescue operations, and employees in all positions of the building began to save themselves and escape under the correct guidance of the fire broadcasting and evacuation guidance group. The whole drill process took less than 10 minutes from the alarm to the start of the plan and then to the evacuation. All personnel reached the ground safely, and the exercise ended successfully.

Then, Director Peng explained in detail the use of fire extinguishers and the basic knowledge of fire safety and escape and self-help for employees. In addition, everyone simulated fire extinguishers on the spot and basically used them correctly.

Finally, Vice President Jin summarized the drill: the fire drill achieved the expected purpose, and called on everyone to study fire safety knowledge hard, improve fire safety awareness, calmly deal with unexpected accidents, and effectively implement fire safety work in practical work.
