Does the property fee include the maintenance fee of fire control facilities?

Legal analysis: not included. Additional fees can be charged for rectification or maintenance of fire fighting facilities in the later period of the community. And all costs can be shared by all owners, but the property fee does not include this fee.

Legal basis: Article 57 of the Property Management Regulations violates the provisions of these regulations. If the construction unit arbitrarily disposes of the ownership or use right of the property parts and facilities belonging to the owner, the real estate administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 200,000 yuan on the owner, and the owner shall be liable for compensation according to law.
