Huiyuan is an important part of Xiangfan Star Project. Xiangcheng moat takes water from the Han River, pours it into the west moat, turns east through the south moat, and flows back to the Han River, forming a "Hui"-shaped water corridor. There are beautiful scenery on both sides of the river. The Lady City, Zhong Xuan Building, Huiyuan Park, Yangzhongmen Park and Xiangyang Park form a flowing and beautiful landscape, thus making the whole ancient Xiangcheng a scenic spot and a volume.

Huiyuan is a green button belt connecting the east and west moats. Her construction organically integrates the whole ancient Xiangcheng, thus making the antique Xiangyang city glow with the brilliance of the new year. Huiyuan is located on the south bank of Xiangcheng moat. It is built on the water, and a winding artificial river runs through the east and west, making Huizhou Garden smart and elegant. They compete with each other and have their own characteristics, as if they had entered an ancient art garden. People are in it, in a fairyland. There is a tall stone arch bridge on the stream. Walking across the stone bridge, there is a hole on it. The most magnificent building in it is the long cultural and artistic corridor, which embodies the biographies of famous people in Xiangfan from ancient times to the present, and the chanting of Xiangfan by literati in past dynasties. This is the origin of Huiyuan. Dad told me that this scenic spot is called Cui Di Xiao Chun, because the long green hills extend forward, separating the moat from the stream, just like an artificial dam.

Water is the soul of the garden, and the corridor is the meat of the garden; Hui Yuan is smart because of water, full because of corridors, and dignified because of people; Human nature is the god of the garden.
