I came to the heating company in September of Xx. Because I work in computers, I don't know much about heating. But the first day I came to this group, I felt the enthusiasm and friendliness of the heater. I couldn't put it down because of the careful teaching of the monitor and director, and I quickly integrated into this big group, feeling as warm as at home. Every job here is an opportunity for me to learn professional knowledge. The monitor is always patient when he meets questions he doesn't understand.

Second, be familiar with the situation of each station in the work area and prepare for the normal operation of the equipment.

Just arrived in the second work area, I was not very clear about the geographical location, jurisdiction area and valve position of each station, so I was mainly familiar with these basic places with the squad leader in the early days. Later, I learned the operation principle of heat exchange station, the operation of softened water and the use of frequency converter. I will actively participate in various activities organized by the company.

After entering June 5438+00, in order to ensure the normal operation of equipment during water testing and heating, we regularly carry out maintenance work for each station, such as checking the running-in sound of instruments and pumps and the firmness of fixing screws. Some heat exchange stations do not meet the requirements, such as the county development station, which has customized a new water tank. The squad leader and the masters fought for eight days and nights before smashing and cleaning up the old water tank made of cement. Now that the new water tank has been put into use, central heating has not been affected at all. In the middle of the year, the work area began to test the water in each station, check all the softened water equipment, make statistics on the equipment with problems, and contact the after-sales personnel of the manufacturer in time to prevent heating problems. For logistics support, I also reported the plan in time according to the instructions of the leader to ensure that it was all in place before the operation.

Softened water plays an important role in heating operation, and the main way to test whether softened water is qualified or not is to test chemicals, so I humbly learned the preparation method of chemicals from the monitor, and made 34 copies of test chemicals overnight and sent them to all stations in time. Looking at qualified softened water, the stone in my heart finally fell to the ground.

Third, enrich your own experience in practice and strive to complete all the work.

At the beginning of heating, I knew the close relationship between the work area and the management department, and all the situations of valve opening were interrelated, so I was responsible for informing the valve opening list from the beginning, and overtime was inevitable, but we didn't complain, because our task was to provide heating services for residents. Once at the Long March Property Station, the squad leader, director, company leader and rescue team in our work area cleaned the heat exchanger in the station, and everything was going on in an orderly way, and finally the residents were allowed to heat normally at 5 am the next day. Another time at the TV tower station, the water seal of the circulating pump leaked, which was also repaired for three hours. Only by participating in the actual situation can we increase our knowledge and improve our quality.

Later, when the stations were running normally, I took part in the management of the heat exchange station, which was also a good opportunity for me to learn. I have to go to the site to get first-hand information about which station needs to open valves and maintain equipment, and which residential building is neither hot nor leaking. Once in the fire brigade station, there were many leaks in the main pipeline in charge of Yindu Garden and the main pipeline of the communication camp, and they could not be found in the morning 1, which was too urgent for me. Later, I checked the pipeline section by section and valve by valve, and finally found the root of the problem, and asked the construction unit to eliminate the fault in time and supply heat normally.

Fourth, sum up personal shortcomings and set this year's goals.

After this time, I found my own shortcomings. First, sometimes we are not serious, and some work is not done thoroughly. Secondly, I lack professional knowledge, which makes me need to study harder. Third, when encountering problems, I lack confidence in solving difficulties and panic. In this year's work, I am determined to do the following:
