Formulate equipment management safety work system and emergency handling procedures, check and sign subordinate work reports and formulate corresponding measures to improve them, formulate and organize the implementation of employee appraisal system at all levels, be responsible for the management training of engineering department managers, formulate training plans and organize their implementation to improve the overall management level, handle complaints from customers or other departments to departments, supervise and inspect subordinates' behavior, discipline and dress, and ensure that employees' behavior norms meet the requirements of management office.
