Ensuring the safety of old and open communities is an important part of community work. What do you think should be done to strengthen the safety of old communities?

Strengthening the safety of old residential areas should start from the following points:

(1) Leaders attach importance to it, raise awareness, formulate relevant policies and provide institutional guarantee. The city is unified, forming an old community with unified and standardized management. The municipal party committee and municipal government paid more attention to it, formed institutional documents, issued them and urged their implementation, thus forming a systematic work for the renovation of old residential areas.

"Prevention first, combining prevention with elimination" is mainly trained and implemented from the aspects of fire propaganda, fire brigade drills, fire control system implementation, regular inspection of fire-fighting equipment, dressing change, fire-fighting equipment operation, personnel evacuation and so on.

Establish and improve the inspection system for the normal use of hydropower equipment, and fully grasp the lines and trends of various pipelines in the community in order to quickly and effectively troubleshoot. It is convenient for owners to use it normally, make efforts to investigate potential safety hazards, rectify old lines, and publicize the safe use of electricity and gas.

③ Community security maintenance. According to the safety requirements of property management in old residential areas, the concept of "civil air defense first, technical defense second" is established, and 24-hour security patrol is tried out for property management in old residential areas to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for owners.

④ Environmental sanitation maintenance. According to the requirements of property management in old residential areas, the cleaning area should be arranged reasonably, and the responsibility of sanitation and cleaning should be implemented to ensure that the management area is clean and orderly.
