Community under the jurisdiction of Nanyuan Street

Ada Community was established in June 2000 at 5438+065438+ 10/0. Located next to Saihongqiao overpass in Hexi New District, Nanjing, it is adjacent to Changhong Road in the east, Yuhuatai District in the south, Nanhe River in the west and Jiqingmen Street in the north. The whole community is surrounded by Qinhuai River on three sides, covering an area of 280,000 square meters and a building area of 354,000 square meters. It consists of four communities, namely, Mingfu in Jiangnan, Xiang Ying in Xicheng, Mingju in Hongren and Ada Garden, with a total of 59 residential buildings. Among them, there are high-rise residential buildings 13 buildings, 317/KLOC-0 households in the whole community, with a permanent population of more than 9,300 people.

Jianyuan Community was established in June 5438 +2002 10. Located in the east of Hexi in Nanjing, 500 meters east of Qinhuai River, west of Wenti Road, south of Xingfu River and north of Zhenji Qingmen Street. The whole community covers an area of 0.2 square kilometers, and governs 7 communities, including Jianyuan, Taiyuan, Yeyuan, Fun Garden, Fayuan, Chengyuan and Shangwen Dongyuan, with 3,429 households and nearly 10,000 people. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located in Building Jian Yuan 1 1.

Huayuan Community was established on1October 26th, 2002, 10, covering an area of 220,000 square meters, with Wenti Road in the east, Nanhu Road in the west, Liangyunhe in the south and Jiqingmen Street in the north. Qing Ji Community Neighborhood Committee was established in August 2003. In March 2005, the division was adjusted to Xicheng Road in the east, Nanhu Road in the west, Yingtian Street in the south and Xingfu River and Nanyuan Sub-district Office in the north, with a total area of nearly 600,000 square meters. It consists of six property management areas: Qing Ji Home, Shanti Lishe, Siyuan, Gong Yuan, IC Research Institute Dormitory and Platinum Collar. More than 3500 households, nearly 1 10,000 people. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located at Wenti Road 109.

Hongyuan Community was established in June 2000, with a total area of 400,000 square meters. It consists of six living quarters: Hongyuan Xinyu 1-5 Village and Tiandu Fang Ting. There are 40 15 households with residents 10562. The office of the neighborhood committee is located at No.94 Yingtian West Road (next to Hongyuan Xinyu 2 Village 12 Building).

Yikang Community was established on June 25, 2007/KLOC-0, with an area of about 2 million square meters, bordering Huangshan Road and Taishan Road in the east, Mengdu Road in the south and Tianxi Road in the north. It governs 8 communities, namely Yikang Xinyu, Qiao Feng Green Island 3, Tengda Yayuan, Xicheng Textile Apartment, Xinglong Textile Apartment, Shuangrunju, Sujian Yanyangju and Xinbaihuayuan, with 3,727 households and a population of 10800. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located at 30 1 bus terminal of Taishan Road.

Guotai Min 'an Community was established in March 2000 with a total area of 580,000 square meters. It consists of Anguo Village, Anmin Village, Antai Village, Ankang Village, An Ru Village, Jinhong Garden and Cheng Kaiyi's family. 5260 households with a total population of 6.5438+0.5 million. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located in Ankang Village 13.

Lu Mingyuan Community is located in jiqingmen Street, with Huxi Street in the east, Xingfu River in the south, Jiangdong Middle Road in the west and jiqingmen Street in the north. The community covers an area of about 365,438+00,000 square meters and governs Lu Mingyuan, Yin Lun Garden, Fengmingyuan, No.42 Huxi Street, Zhongbei Pinge, Jindingjing, No.48 Huxi Street, No.50 Huxi Street, Colorful Home and No.34 Huxi Street. Lu Mingyuan Community Office is located in Lu Mingyuan Community.

Daxing Community was established in June 2000, located in Hexi area of Nanjing, adjacent to Nanjing Olympic Sports Center, with a total area of 6,543,800+0.5 million square meters, with Huangshan Road in the east, Jiangdong South Road in the west, Yingtian Street in the north and Xinglong Street in the south. It has jurisdiction over 7 communities, including Jinling Family, Daxing Xinyu, Hualong Xinyu, Sujian Haoting, Tianchengyuan, Hengtang Xiyuan and Seventh Avenue, with existing residents. The office of the community neighborhood committee is located in Building 7, Daxing Xinyu 1 Village.

Lushan Community, east to Huangshan Road, south to Mengdu Road, west to Jiangdong South Road and north to Xinglong Street, is mainly composed of six parts: Europe City Triumphal Lido, Europe City Platinum Age, Xinglong Xinyu Xinghuayuan, Nanjing Higher Vocational and Technical School, Jinling Middle School Hexi Branch and Jiangsu Science, History and Culture Center. Among them, Xinghongyuan Community covers an area of 5 1 1,000 square meters, Triumphal Lido covers an area of 33 1 1,300 square meters, and there are 26 residential buildings in the community * * *, with 997 households and a population of 2,723. The community neighborhood committee office is located on the west side of Building 8 in Xinglong Xinyu.
